Pitched Rooflights & Flat Skylights

Roof Lanterns
Our rooflight lanterns come with reinforced ridges that allow for fewer bars than other roof lanterns with no visible fixings. Additionally, it comes with clip-on features for easy installation. The radius ends come with a weatherproof foam infill for protection against adverse weather conditions.
For excellent thermal efficiency and insulation, our rooflight lanterns come with several polyamide thermal breaks and thermally broken ridges. Additionally, these thermal breaks help prevent condensation.

Flat Skylight
Our skylights are thermally efficient and have a low U-value of 1.2 W/m²K due to the double seal gasket, thermally-insulated core. Similarly to our roof lanterns, our flat rooflight also works to prevent condensation, which is useful for rooms that are prone to temperature fluctuations.
The flat rooflight comes with a ‘click to fit’ design, so it can be installed quicker than other skylights. Additionally, the glass on our flat rooflight has noise reduction properties of up to 34dB due to the combination of 4mm and 6mm glass.
Features & Benefits

Performance Glazing
Both rooflights come with performance glazing that has different levels of solar reflection, light transmission, and UV projection.

Self-Cleaning
Self-cleaning performance glazing has the added benefit of dirt resistance, which keeps rooflights / conservatory roofs in a cleaner condition. This is achieved by an external coating that uses the power of the sun to break down organic materials. This is then washed away by rainwater.

Easy Installation
Not only are both types of rooflights easy to install, but they can be installed perfectly on the first attempt. This is due to numerous features on our rooflights, including the unique and patented pre-assembled RidgeLOCK system, clip-on ridge end covers, pre-fitted thermal clips, and easy-fit clip-on cappings.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you choose the correct performance glazing for your rooflights?
The best performance glazing for our roof lights depends on your property’s orientation. North—or east-facing locations have minimal sunlight, and as a result, glass with high light transmission and low solar reflection is ideal, as it will allow more light and warmth to enter the room.
Conversely, south- or west-facing locations benefit from glazing with low-light transmission and high solar rejection to prevent the project from overheating. If you would like further assistance in finding out which type of performance glazing is best for your new build, then please contact us today.
